BMW officially release the Definition CE04 electric scooter, hosting worldwide BMW executives in “The silent revolution” online event.
The BMW Definition CE04 is finally here. After following the release of the new BMW electric scooter, as well as rumors and hints to how close the launch may come – the day has arrived, and BMW Definition CE04 has been officially released.
The futuristic design of the CE 04 is full of sharp lines and edges, floating panels and color scheme that stands out from the crowd. The front windshield covers a 10.25″ color TFT screen, complimenting the seat’s bright orange color. The seat design also stands out with a semi floating front and rear, under which a compartment can hide away the helmet.

The Definition CE 04 carries a nominal 15kW and maximum output of 31 kW (42 hp), with 0 to 50 km/h time of just fast 2.6 seconds. Even in the reduced output L3e-A1 vehicle class, 23 kW (31 hp) the same drive power is available and the maximum speed of both versions of licenses is 120 km/h.
The new BMW CE 04 electric scooter has a battery pack capacity of 60.6 Ah (8.9 kWh), providing a range of around 130 kilometers, or the reduced output version of 100km. This makes the CE 04 a great city commuting for daily use in urban settings.
The battery charging time when the battery is completely flat, can take 4 hours and 20 minutes. The BMW CE04 allows both regular household socket, a wallbox or a public charging station socket.
With the quick charger available as an optional extra (output of up to 6.9 kW, 2.3 kW is the standard level), charging time is drops to just 1 hour and 40 minutes from a completely flat battery. Charing from 20% to 80%, the charging time s just 45 minutes with the optional quick charger.
The BMW CE 04 offers three riding modes, “ECO”, “Rain” and “Road” for efficient, day-to-day use as standard. Featuring the three riding modes “ECO”, “Rain” and “Road” as standard. The additional “Dynamic” riding mode is also available as an additional selection option, enabling the scooter to accelerate even faster.
The BWM team fitted the CE 04 scooter with increased riding stability through slip control by ASC (Automatic Stability Control). Also offering a DTC system (Dynamic Traction Control) as an added option. But overall it offers the innovation of BMW, with modern design, powerful performance specification, and all the ingenuity you can imagine.
